We collect the following information when you use Navratri Social: your full name, phone number, age, gender, residential area, affiliation details, membership and order details, KYC identity details and uploaded documents (Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving Licence), payment references and screenshots, and any chat messages you send to our support team. We do not collect or store your UPI PIN, banking passwords, or OTP codes.
Your data is used to manage your membership, verify payments and KYC identity, process pass orders and giveaway claims, send you event and order notifications via WhatsApp and SMS, and provide member support. We may also use aggregated, non-identifiable data for analytics and platform improvement.
When you make a UPI payment, you share a payment screenshot via WhatsApp or in-app chat for manual verification. These screenshots are handled only by authorized admins and are used solely to verify your payment. We never ask for your passwords, OTPs, or UPI PINs. Please never share sensitive authentication details with anyone claiming to represent Navratri Social.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your information is shared only as needed to operate the service — for example, with payment verification staff, KYC reviewers, or event organizers for pass fulfillment. We may disclose information if required by law or legal process.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your personal data. KYC documents are stored privately with access restricted to authorized administrators. Your data is retained while your membership is active and for as long as required for business and legal purposes. If your account is removed by an admin, you may sign up fresh with the same number — your new account starts with no carried-over data or benefits.
